What’s included in our infrastructure plan

Designed for infrastructure that has been built by our Enterprise team, Flex+ gets you access to the team who designed and deployed the solution.

Through patch management software, we’ll design, implement, and manage a patching policy designed around the needs of your organisation.

We use the best tools on the market to monitor, maintain and support your network. Our tools automatically send alerts to problems that can be investigated and resolved in the background without interruption.

At the core of Flex+ is the peace of mind that we design, implement, and manage the backups of the infrastructure we support. We’ll work with you to identify the most appropriate product and then customise it to fit the needs of your organisation. We’ll then be responsible for investigating and resolving alerts or failures.

If there is a critical event that you need our assistance with, such as investigating an OS/platform level, high impact fault or managing a VM level recovery, we’ll be on call to help when you need us.

Unlike some of our other plans, Flex+ is designed specially to work in an environment we share access with internal or external partners.
