Bytes Over Bodies: A fresh approach to IT service pricing

If you are comparing IT costs, one of the first things you are likely to see, beyond the disparity in what’s included in these costs are that many companies charge on a per user basis.

Our charges are on a per-device basis as most Brixham organisations have fewer computers than they have staff. This enables organisations to be far more flexible over what cover they pay for and it helps to reduce costs significantly by not paying for support for users who have little or no need for support.
