IT Champion were chosen to provide IT support to each of the stores and recently implemented a secure network with guest WiFi capabilities.
IT Champion were initially approached by the group to help them to migrate to Microsoft Office 365 and transfer their email from individual pop 3 accounts
The group owns and operates multiple bars, coffee shops and restaurants including: The Terrace, Artigiano and Base and Barley brands.
With locations spread across the south of the UK, the company operates round the clock. Their bars and restaurants have been inspired by some of the most stylish venues around the world. Customers can expect an adventurous menu with personality using great quality locally sourced artisan products, carefully selected beers and wines from some of the best producers, live music, cocktails and an upbeat atmosphere both day and night.

This experience gave the group the confidence to select IT Champion as their primary technology partner. Each store now captures thousands of unique client email addresses from guest Wi-Fi access that are voluntarily provided (no need to log in). The addresses are directly fed into MailChimp to keep clients up to date with the latest news, events and offers.
IT Champion has delivered a number of IT projects and initiatives for the group.
Highlights include:
- Supply first line IT support to all three stores (Artigiano, Base and Barley and The Terrace)
- Migrate individual pop 3 emails to group managed Microsoft Office 365
- Designed a secure network with a firewall and dual-line redundancy
- Implement a guest Wi-Fi solution at each of the stores with increased reliability and security.
