IT Champion were selected by Radmore and Tucker to help deliver a number of important IT projects during a critical time for the business.
When Radmore and Tucker approached IT Champion they had decided to move from their existing IT support provider and were also about to start a critical business relocation project.
The business had been operating in the same building for over 60 years and a new purpose-built showroom and warehouse facility on the outskirts of Exeter would allow the company to expand and streamline its operation. To coincide with the relocation project Radmore & Tucker wanted to transform and modernise its business systems and work with a local IT partner with a proven track record.
Radmore and Tucker is a family run business based in Exeter. The company was founded in 1955 and it has over 50 years of experience selling garden and forestry equipment to individuals and businesses
They supply a range of products from over 25 manufacturers, with a distribution network covering the entire UK.

IT Champion were selected by Radmore and Tucker to help deliver a number of important IT projects during a critical time for the business.
The relocation to new premises, coinciding with a business systems transformation and migration to an industry-standard ERP and EPOS system, meant that it was important for IT Champion to help insulate the operational risks facing the business.
