IT Champion.
In 10 years, we have helped 16 apprentices, just under half of our team, get into IT and every apprentice who completed their partnership has been offered and accepted a full-time position. In 2021, our first non-technical apprentice joined our accounts team.

Skills required
An interest in and has experimented with computer repairs or builds, with good spoken and written skills. Hold an interest in customer-focused support, able to learn quickly and work well under pressure.
Continual learning
To have the drive to focus on personal development as it has a huge impact on the speed of progression and how far you can progress.
Training
In addition to your Level 3 course at college, you will be enrolled on our Microsoft training program allowing you to achieve Microsoft Certifications as you progress.
Team support
You’ll join a highly supportive team, working alongside others who are working through or have completed an apprenticeship program like you.
