We continue to nurture the next team of five-star support technicians with a new intake of apprentices, and this year marks our first appointment as a marketing intern.

Service delivery update
Over the last eight months, we have overhauled the content, look, and feel of our service delivery emails you receive when raising a support ticket. We have implemented new working practices within the support teams to improve response times and the efficiency of how a support ticket is handled.
Our support technicians have clear personal development pathways to obtain higher Microsoft-certified qualifications in the technology areas we support. In tandem with a peer learning scheme, our more experienced team members help train and mentor others in good practice, client-specific processes, and new technology developments.
Our closed ticket survey is how we gauge the positive effect these changes are having on our clients’ users. 92% of respondents rated our support technicians 5/5 for how helpful they had been on their case. The top three words used to describe our team are friendly, helpful, and quick.
