In early 2023, we were recommended IT Champion as the team to help us move to the cloud from our ageing physical servers. Throughout the process, IT Champion have been professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and understanding of our objectives and goals.

Our old server setup was not fit for the challenges of home working and video calls as a result of COVID.  The new SharePoint set-up, whilst we have only had it a relatively short time, has improved our working practices and efficiency. The integration with Microsoft Teams (which we had to use outside of our Server for video and telephone calls) has been the biggest benefit as it has made using Microsoft Teams far more streamlined than before.

If you are looking for a new IT partner, I can say from experience that Matt and the team will be with you every step of the way.  From the initial meeting, discovery process and onboarding they worked at our pace in terms of timescales and knowledge and were more than happy to offer support and guidance when needed. Changing IT providers was a difficult decision having been with our previous firm for a long time.  Our interactions with IT Champion throughout the onboarding process have never once made us question that decision. The team has been extremely helpful, especially their SharePoint expert who led the project – who happily listened to our requirements, answered all our queries, and incorporated (where possible) our ideas into the final design.
