Easy access to your IT Champion support services
If your request is not urgent, you need to ask us a question or to change something, an email to our team is likely to be the best option. If you email us outside of normal business hours, we’ll pick this up as soon as we are back at our desks. When you are unable to email us, or your problem is urgent, please call us.
Our front line team is on hand to provide fast, easy-to-access support for many of the most common issues users experience.

Training sessions
We offer our Support+ clients and their users FREE training on a variety of IT-related topics. This includes 1-2-1 IT support induction for new users, monthly Cyber Security Awareness training and online sessions of top tips and tricks to help improve productivity.
